Slow pots, made on Bantam Grove

We are a two-person stoneware studio in south Leeds. Everything leaves here thrown by hand, fired to 1260 °C in the gas kiln, and glazed in tests we mix ourselves.

The workshop started in 2014 in a shared arch off Kirkstall Road and moved to Bantam Grove in 2019, mostly because the old place could not take a second kiln. We keep production small on purpose: two firings a week, roughly ninety pieces, and a waiting list rather than a warehouse.

What we make

The shop shelf by the door is restocked on Fridays. If you are coming for something specific, ring first — it goes quickly.
